COURAGE DEV · TROY J CROWE

You've got a spreadsheet nobody trusts. Let's fix that.

I'm Troy J Crowe, and Courage Dev is me: one developer who builds websites, custom CRMs, client portals and the automations that stop your team typing the same thing twice. You talk to the person writing the code, from the first call to launch day.

How I build websites

Paying per seat for features nobody opens?

Off-the-shelf CRMs are built for everyone, which means your team ends up working around them. The real pipeline lives in a spreadsheet anyway, and somebody spends Friday afternoon reconciling the two.

I build CRMs around how your week actually runs: your stages, your job types, your quote format, the three reports you really look at. Nothing else.

Custom CRM, in detail

One login. Their files, their invoices, their status.

A client portal ends the "did you get my email?" loop. Clients log in, see what you need from them, upload it, and check where things stand without phoning you.

Same idea works inside the business: an intake form that feeds a schedule, an approvals queue, a stock count that isn't a clipboard.

Portals and internal tools

If you type it twice, I'd like a word.

Approved jobs re-keyed into QuickBooks. Web leads pasted into the CRM. A weekly export someone has to remember. I connect the tools you already pay for so the data moves on its own, and so somebody hears about it when it doesn't.

Sometimes the tool you already pay for is enough. I'll tell you if it is.

Bigger builds start with a discovery sprint: $1,500 fixed, 5–8 business days. You get a written scope, screen sketches, a fixed build price and a timeline. If the build starts within 60 days, the $1,500 comes off the build price in full.

Anything outside a fixed scope is $110/hour, and I quote it in writing before I start.

How it goes, and what's yours at the end

  1. A free 20-minute intro call. Is this a fit at all?
  2. Discovery, for anything with data, logins or more than one integration.
  3. A fixed price, in writing.
  4. The build, with a staging link you can click around and a midpoint review.
  5. Launch.
  6. 30 days of fixes for bugs in my code, at no charge.

After final payment you own the custom code I write for you. The repo, the logins and the docs get handed over, and your hosting, domain and third-party accounts are set up in your name from day one. Third-party and open-source parts stay under their own licences. If I got hit by a bus, your next developer would find a normal, documented project, not a puzzle.

The whole process

After launch

Software needs someone looking after it. These plans are for sites and apps I've built, and for ones I haven't, after a quick paid review.

What each plan covers

You'd be talking to me.

No account manager, no handoff to a junior after the sale. The person on the intro call is the person writing your code and the person you email when something's off. I take on a limited number of builds at once so that stays true.
